Non-Resident Members, a Resident Member or an Associate Member, moving out of the Club area – defined as the following counties: Mecklenburg, Gaston, Lincoln, Catawba, Iredell, Cabarrus, Union, Cleveland and Stanly in North Carolina, and York, Lancaster, Chester, Chesterfield and Cherokee in South Carolina – may keep the membership in good standing by paying a fee established by the Board of Directors.
No one can be considered as residing outside the club area if he or she owns or maintains a residence within the club area and occupies such residence periodically and recurringly for his or her own use. If the member moves back into the Club area, the member may resume the privileges of the membership category of which he or she belonged at the time of becoming a Non-Resident Member.
