Cedarwood Country Club is honored to provide our membership the opportunity to work with Jason Boudrie, owner of AIM Fitness.
With a fifteen year history in the fitness industry, Jason began AIM Fitness as a way to work more closely with clients of different abilities in a variety of locations. AIM Fitness works with clients individually or in small groups to accommodate their training levels, fitness goals and time preferences. Most sessions last about an hour. They begin with warm-up and flexibility work that include: balance exercises, conditioning, strength training, core strengthening, lower back, and abdominal workouts.
The AIM Fitness Golf program targets the specific requirements of the golf athlete. Emphasis is placed on core training, rotational strength, power, shoulder and hamstring flexibility, coordination, and stamina- all of the areas many golfers need to improve upon. AIM Fitness clients also include those interested in general fitness; to lose weight, tone muscles, improve coordination, increase energy levels, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
